1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Kingsbridge Boutique Hostel (“the Hostel”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By making a reservation directly through our website, by phone, email, or third-party platforms, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A valid credit/debit card is required to secure a reservation.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate.

  • We reserve the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival.

If payment is declined, we may cancel the booking.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification upon arrival.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

5. Group Bookings

  • Group bookings (e.g., 6 or more guests) may require a deposit.

  • Different cancellation terms may apply.

  • A group behaviour agreement may be required prior to arrival.

6. House Rules

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests:

Kingsbridge Boutique Hostel is not responsible for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

  • Personal injury except where caused by our negligence

  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

8. Age Policy

  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Certain dormitory rooms may have age restrictions.

9. Right to Refuse Accommodation

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation if:

  • A booking was made fraudulently

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • Guest behaviour threatens safety or security

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Website Accuracy

While we strive to ensure all website information is accurate, errors in pricing or descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected bookings with a full refund where applicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
